5/5 This is our second time to stay at this wonderful home. Right in front of the river, great and open backyard. It is like you were at your home since it has everything and more than you need including cleaning supplies. Quiet neighborhood where you can walk in the evenings. Close to Pagosa downtown where one can shop. Close to the supermarket. I highly recommend this place!!

5/5 Awesome everything and more then expected. It was quite nice and relaxing hearing the river at night was very calming. Live the area and Pagosa everyone so friendly and welcoming. We would recommend the River house to our family and friends 🧡
4/5 Very nice and quiet cabin. No central AC so it gets a little warm inside in the summer.

Quick trip
5/5 We actually arrived early and the property manager allowed up to access early. The property was absolutely perfect for our trip. There view from the windows out to the river is breathtaking! We would highly recommend easy access to Pagosa and the Wolf Creek.
