Family vacation
3/5 The location was great and the views were beautiful. But, the photos online were not updated and did not match the current state the house is in. In the main living area there was not enough seating for all to gather. And the kitchen was missing curtins 2 out of the the 3 windows. No privacy. The stove only particularly worked, the internet never worked. The left over dry food looked loke it had been there for a while and not thrown away. There were dirty towles not washed. The 3rd level didnt have curtins in the windows which made the living space unbearable hot. A portable AC unit was purchased because it never cooled down. The master smart TV didnt work and most of the outlets, only one would work. On the very bottom level there is a step that needs to be labeled "watch your step" that transitions from living space to one of the bedrooms. My elderly parents tripped and two family members feel. The bathrooms downstairs and in the living room area had fixtures that were loose or not tightend properly. We just were careful or didnt use. The outside of the house wasnt mowed so the we didnt get to enjoy the backyard. This house was a focal point in our faimly vacation and we went off from the pictures online. An updated profile of the house amd upkeep was needed. Agian the loaction was great and the view was great.

5/5 We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the home. The location was perfect and the views were beautiful. The property manager was quick to respond when we had a question/issue and took care of it right away. Our puppies loved running around in the yard and we all had plenty of room to be comfortable.
