5/5 We had a fabulous stay. This was honestly the best VRBO I have stayed in. Everything was as pictured and advertised, and honestly even better in person. The host was incredibly nice and responsive and helpful. The house was the most well thought out and well stocked short term rental we have ever been in. It had everything we needed and more. Perfect for a family of 4 or 4 I would say. Next time we come to Pagosa this is where we will stay. Location was great and convenient too. Ty!!

5/5 I didn't have alot of time to find a place last minute, this place was available. Very clean, very comfortable!! The beds were amazing better than home lol very cozy with the fireplace. Towels, sheets, blankets and pillows provided. We loved the bears painted on the walls. I can't say any negative about our stay here. I highly recommend it.
