Wonderful Property
5/5 We were very pleased with the property! Tons of room, lots of extras like kayaks, paddle board, bikes, fishing equipment and household items. The view from the back deck was our favorite spot to sit and have morning coffee. The property was very clean except for one issue.. there were several cobwebs on the house which were very noticeable because of the amount of Omar’s stuck in them. Also this was very visible on the outside of doors. In all, we would not hesitate to come back. Loved the property!

5/5 Our stay was amazing. The house was perfectly clean thanks to Heather H. Being on the lake was great. Caught a lot of fish. They house is very comfortable. We didnt want to leave.

Great four days in Pagosa, thanks for everything.
5/5 We have had this same family event for the past two years in this home and have greatly enjoyed each time. Everything was in great shape when we got there with no complaints, the weather was abnormally hot compared to last years.
Spacious and comfortable!
5/5 The house is even better than the pictures! Kitchen and living area were roomy, beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked! There was even a variety of pillows on the bed (my husband likes firmer pillows and i like softer and we both found ones we liked). The views of the lake outside the big windows were gorgeous! The porch and deck looked inviting but the temps were a bit cold for us to enjoy that part. Perfect location to enjoy skiing and going into town.
