Wonderful 3 days summer retreat
4/5 Condo was great for us as a couple, However, with downstairs full bath and pull out sofa could easily have accommodated 2 couples. Kitchen was well stocked including spices, cooking oils and condiments which was really a pleasant surprise. The deck was lovely for morning coffee but we needed to sweep it and clean the table and chairs prior to use.
We had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend to others.
Great place, comfortable king bed
5/5 Super cute condo, very clean and it has a very comfortable king size bed. They have everything you need to cook there and a great patio to drink your coffee on.
Great location in Pagosa Springs
5/5 We had a really nice time staying here. The condo is a little dated (sinks, kitchen, appliances), but overall it was very comfortable and cozy. The location was also great. It was in a quiet area and within walking distance to the Higher Ground Coffee shop and a quick drive to groceries and other restaurants. Our only negative was the checkout. The cleaning person showed up at 9:30, so we felt really rushed, even though we were planning to leave by 9:45. We were loading up our bikes and wanted to do a last sweep/use the bathroom/etc before we hit the road, but she had already gone inside. It was really awkward. Other than that though, we really loved our stay. Pagosa is a beautiful town and I hope we’ll get to visit again soon!

Beautiful town
5/5 Beautiful town, quiet neighborhood. Images suggested a view from condo. No views of mountains from the condo. Still overall a lovely place to stay. Would stay here again.
