2/5 The quality of the property has diminished dramatically in two years since the first time we stayed here. We loved it the first time, but the only thing to love about it now are our first trip and those memories. We tried to have an enjoyable trip for our daughter’s birthday but only to have disappointment. The list of problems is too lengthy to share. So sad for property that once was a show stopper.

5/5 Perfect for our stay. Cozy place to rest our heads at night. Very conveniently located as well.
Great location
5/5 Everything was great. We were able to check in an hour early. Everything was with in walking distance. Grocery store, Restaurants(roadhouse is the best), Gas station, Mexican food, and a coffee shop. The home was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Storage closet out front was a plus! Dedicated parking spot right up front.

Great location & price.
5/5 This condo is in a great location, walking distance to the grocery store, coffee shop & activities. It's fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, comfortable beds, towels to take and use at "The Springs" and many board games to choose from were wonderful amenities that we appreciated. Pagosa Springs is a beautiful place to vacation with many activities, this condo is right in the heart of it all.
