The Perfect Getaway
5/5 This home was the perfect place for our family getaway. The location was close to all the amenities in Pagosa Springs area. The home was very nice and it was so quiet and peaceful to sit out on the deck in the mornings and evening.

Lovely spot, modern house, everything works
5/5 The house was great, three full bedrooms and a fourth in a mezzanine, three bathrooms, everything is modern and functional. House has some style, a mix of mid-century modern and industrial with two excellent outdoor spaces attached to the house and two small lakes quite close. Everything works, upstairs and down. But the best thing was the wildlife; we had a doe and her four fawns every day we were there hanging around, a young buck was also around. We saw eagles hunting over the lake and magpies, a horned owl, endless geese, and the last couple of days a red fox. The house sits on a corner and there's a large bushy area in front that seems home to a lot of animals. That was fantastic.

Beautiful location
4/5 The house is in a beautiful spot. A corner lot with lakes and golf course around. We saw Deer, fawn and fox walking by. The view was wonderful. We enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boarding in the area. The home itself is lovely but it needs some updates. The furniture is getting stained and worn. We enjoyed our stay for the most part but I can't give it a 5 star review because I felt like I had to put sheets on the furniture for cleanliness. I'm sure the owners would like to update things for their guests. The house is top notch with quality appliances and beautiful bathrooms, just needs some new items.
