5/5 We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Nice view. Comfortable hearing and AC. Use of garage is great. Just be ready to do stairs.

4/5 We did not use the downstairs at all as it was just the two of us. I did get tired of the stairs. The a/c seemed to get real cool, then hot. My husband will not stay in another place that only has roku on the tv. we could not get 'current' news weather etc. Rather expensive. There is a garage which was very nice. You are required to take out the trash and put in the bins in the garage, however, the bins were completely full. We set ours on top. No coffee filters so we went to the store and bought some and left them for future guests

First trip to Pagosa Springs
5/5 This was the last leg of a long trip for four longtime retiree friends. It was a perfect place to end our journey before heading home. We stayed three restful nights that were sorely needed. The condo was well-appointed, and the kitchen was probably one of the best in terms of space and amenities, and we have stayed in many places over the years! Lots of room, and we enjoyed our deer visitors one evening. We will be back to PS!
