Comfortable stay
5/5 2nd time staying at property. Everything was clean and spacious. New flooring and paint throughout since we stayed last. The only thing that can use improvement is kitchen prepping knives were practically non existent (broken handles) and non stick pans need to be replaced. I had to go to Walmart and buy a cheap set for 12. Maybe they will read this review and purchase a new set for this property along with prepping knives. . Other than that I would stay again but would bring my own coffee filters, knives and pans.

The perfect place for us
5/5 This location is quiet yet close to all the things we like. 20 minutes to Piedra hiking, 30 minutes to Williams Creek Reservoir, 40 minutes from bigger and better hikes. At the same time, it's less than 15 minutes to grocery stores and 20 minutes to downtown Pagosa and the hot springs. Our primary purposes when coming to Pagosa are to get out in the wilderness, and to use spare time to write. This location is perfect for both.

Wonderful Stay
5/5 This was a great property in a great location. It was perfect size for my family (including 4 children.) Close enough to restaurants and beautiful views. I would definitely recommend this location to others.
