The perfect place for us
5/5 This location is quiet yet close to all the things we like. 20 minutes to Piedra hiking, 30 minutes to Williams Creek Reservoir, 40 minutes from bigger and better hikes. At the same time, it's less than 15 minutes to grocery stores and 20 minutes to downtown Pagosa and the hot springs. Our primary purposes when coming to Pagosa are to get out in the wilderness, and to use spare time to write. This location is perfect for both.

5/5 This was a great property in a great location. It was perfect size for my family (including 4 children.) Close enough to restaurants and beautiful views. I would definitely recommend this location to others.
