Great location and great kitchen
3/5 Our visit was mostly great and the location was perfect for us.The kitchen was well equipped and we did cook often in our 4 day stay. However, neither coffee maker worked right - glad we brought our pour over set with us! However, the owner failed to inform in the listing that the dining patio was not at all available. The outdoor dining table and chairs were out in the lawn and the downstairs patio was tarped off. So even if we had decided to eat out there we’d have to carry everything down the stairs, through the garage, and around the side of the building. Also the patio furniture on the other decks were really pretty worn and the decks were very dirty. Certainly not conducive to a lovely beverage at sunset sort of deck. And as noted in previous reviews- the carpets, the dining chair upholstery, and the sofas are still stained and worn. And the sofa reclining functions are broken. All in all it was fine, and great if you don’t plan to spend a lot time at the house.

A Nice Place for a Weekend Getaway!
4/5 The location of the place was perfect being next to the river and a little outside of town. The towels in the home were a little worn down and had some bleach spots of them. There was also patches of paint everywhere but it was set up nicely for us to be there for a little weekend away. Will definitely consider this place for our next time in Pagosa!

Spring Break Skiing Visit
5/5 Great property. Convenient to town, and right off the local walking trail. The kitchen is well-stocked if you prefer to cook your meals. I think that they could use a few more spoons (this is such a minor complaint, but it's the only thing I could think of).

Beautiful river view
5/5 Comfortable and convenient. This was the perfect home base for our vacation. Walking distance to hot springs, and a short drive to Wolf Creek ski lodge. The view of the river from the back porch was amazing. Will definitely stay here again.
