Convenient and comfortable
4/5 Property shows a bit of wear, but is comfortable and has everything you might need. The area is quiet and yet still walkable to downtown Manitou and a short drive to everything worse in the area.

Pikes Peak Marathon weekend
5/5 Great location between downtown Manitou and Garden of the Gods. Comfortable property and amenities. Foosball table and tv in the garage was a bonus

Location, location, location!
5/5 5-10 minutes to so many area attractions. Close to main downtown area that has so much character. Host and cleaners made themselves known to be available though I never needed to contact them about anything. Condo was clean and in good repair. Might suggest new mattresses soon however would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!
