Nice Home
5/5 We loved the decor and ambiance of the house. Seen doe and baby fawn. Loved the closeness to the main street and things to see. Also appreciated the info from previous quests. It was perfect for our 2 night stay in Manitou Springs. Thank you for sharing your home.
Great place to take in Manitou Springs
5/5 Host was very responsive, location was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Best for two couples and worked great for my wife and I. The town is a lot of fun with shops and great restaurants.

House is nice but in disrepair
1/5 One of our party was injured due to unsafe conditions with rotten wood in several places (deck and front porch). We went to the highest deck through the master suite, one of us sat on a chair, and it immediately went through a rotten board on the deck, causing a fall with injuries.
We have contacted the host and Vrbo with no response or resolution. We contacted Vrbo multiple times, and while we were promised that we would be called and emailed back, we have received neither. The injuries ruined plans for the rest of our vacation.
