Great location
3/5 The location was great and we really appreciated the dedicated parking for the city serves as overflow for customers for Pike's Peak COG. Once parked we were able to walk around Manitou Springs. Only disappointment was that the AC was unable to cool the appartment and when opened the windows we heard the street noise for the property is in the heart of the city.

Great location in Manitou Springs
5/5 This property had everything we needed. We wanted to be close within walking distance to the downtown area. We were attending our nephews wedding, which was only a five minute drive. Our hosts Beth And Bruce were easy to work with and communicate with even though we didn’t have any problems. Beth checked in just to make sure we didn’t need anything or everything was going OK.
