4/5 For the most part, everything was great. Just a few imperfections. The fireplace didn’t seem to work in the living room. The fire place in the bedroom worked. The fridge doors don’t always stay shut. The blinds don’t work. At least the blinds we tried to open or close. The toilet seat in the other bathroom is cracked. We didn’t notice until tonight. We didn’t really use this bathroom much. Just the shower. The location was good though. Lots to do.

5/5 Beautifully maintained property, friendly staff! Tracey came by to say hi after we got settled. Very quiet and so nice to walk around with a cup of coffee in the mornings. Jack, the "ranch manager" (cat) also visited on occasion but never asked to come in. We spent 2 nights here and enjoyed it so much that we were on property much more than planned. Would stay here again!

Great location in Manitou Springs
5/5 This property had everything we needed. We wanted to be close within walking distance to the downtown area. We were attending our nephews wedding, which was only a five minute drive. Our hosts Beth And Bruce were easy to work with and communicate with even though we didn’t have any problems. Beth checked in just to make sure we didn’t need anything or everything was going OK.

Great Location
4/5 Wonderful time away. This condo is in a perfect location to walk to all the restaurants and attractions of Manitou Springs. It's also steps away from the penny arcade which has all the old school games. So fun! We also walked to the Cog train railway station for Pike's Peak. The condo is spacious, comfortable, and quiet. It also comes with parking which is huge savings. I would recommend staying here while visiting Manitou Springs.
