  Thank you for allowing us to stay in this spacious home with plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms and beautiful views from the porch. I enjoyed visiting Mesa Verde National Park 3 days in a row with my husband andmy 2 daughters

  It was amazing. Everything we could have hoped for! Plenty of space for all of us! House was in perfect condition. Exceptional out space. Views were amazing. Plan to stay there again next summer !

• One of the best family trips!

  We had an amazing stay in Mancos! The house was perfect for our two families. Sitting out on the deck in the morning and the evenings was such a treat. The location was great being right outside the park. Not only did we enjoy MesaVerde tours, but we also did some evening hiking to watch the sunset on top of a mesa. There are great mountain biking trails near by that are a lot of fun too. Over all an amazing trip!!

• Mis communication

  When we booked the reservation through VRBO it showed we had the whole the house. Upon arrival we were told we just had the top half. Which was fine. But not what the listing said when we book it. We chose it because of 6 bedrooms and 4 bath. Plenty of room for all. The host was adamant it was only lisyed for the top half.but that was not the case. Was going to be extra fees if we used downstairs.

  Hi Jeffery, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
  
  - When you booked in October 2024, the home was listed as just the main level, which was considered the full rental at the time.
  - The listing included 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, with space for up to 8 guests.
  - The lower level was still being renovated and wasn’t part of the listing when your reservation was made.
  - In December, the full home, including the finished lower level, was added to the listing, bringing it to 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.
  - We offered the added space for just the difference in the cleaning fee, but we totally understand if it didn’t work for your plans.
