• Great location, in desperate need of remodel

  SCMR is the management company for this property, and they are great. Very quick to respond to questions. The condo was very clean. The issues which other reviewers have covered is that the property is dated. To add on to the dated theme, every single electric outlet (except 1) in the condo is old and electric plugs fall out. There were many frustrating mornings where my phone or other battery device was not charged. And I also wonder if it's a fire hazard as well. Also, the lighting in some of the rooms is awful CFL giving a depressed look. The kitchen is scant on utensils. The location is great, but they really need to invest some in the condo.

  -We frequently visit the property throughout the year and have not experienced any issues with the outlets accommodating devices such as iPhones or computers. If any problems had arisen, SCMR, our management company, would have been happy to address them promptly.
  
  -As for the unit being described as 'dated,' the property is represented accurately in the listing photos, with the only update being a new bedspread in the master bedroom.
  
  -Lighting has never been a concern for previous guests, and the kitchen is fully stocked with utensils. A recent review also praised how well-equipped the kitchen is.
  
  We are committed to providing an exceptional experience for all our guests and take pride in welcoming many more, as reflected by the positive feedback we consistently receive.

• Stairs before you get to walking path

  First off house was clean and nice size for two, kitchen was well stocked and organized. The bad...there is a flight stairs just to get to the walkway, this is very hard when unloading luggage, cooler, groceries, etc. We are in our 60's but in good shape exercise daily, we knew there were stairs inside the condo. But the outside was very tough when carrying stuff. The Second problem the plugs inside the condo were very loose plugs for charging phone, fans, etc didn't want to stay plugged in.

  -The home is located at a higher elevation, which can make certain activities feel more strenuous, especially when carrying luggage or groceries up the stairs.
  -We haven’t had any prior concerns regarding the outlets, but we’ll have them inspected to ensure they’re functioning properly for future guests.
