DRIVING DIRECTIONS FROM DENVER:
- Take I-70 West
- Head towards Idaho Springs, take the first exit off I-70
- Just past Safeway on the left, you will see a Y in the street. Take the left side and go about a block
- Turn left until you see a road going to the left. If you go straight, you will end up at the dump on the right
- Take the road on the left (Little Bear Creek) until you see the road start to go down
- DO NOT GO DOWN or you will end up on a steep, narrow road!)
- Go to the right up the hill where you will take several hairpin curves
- When you see several mailboxes on the left go left down the hill
- Take the first right up Ridge View Trail
- The cabin is the first cabin on the right

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- Check-in time may be flexible. Please reach out to the Guest Contact if you would like to check in earlier than 4:00 PM
- The property is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 0303
- To use the keyless entry, place your hand on the pad until it lights up, enter the code, and then press the 'check mark' button. To lock, put a hand on the keypad
- Please note the lockbox on the deck is not for guest use
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Check-out time may be flexible. Please reach out to the Guest Contact if you would like to check out later than 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Place all trash in the bins. Due to local wildlife, food and trash should not be left outdoors
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Set the temperature to 65 degrees
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors and curtains
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve
- Due to local wildlife, food and trash should not be left outdoors
- Outdoor fires are prohibited. As a result, the propane has been removed from the outdoor fire table
- The controls needed to use the hot tub are ON, OFF, and JETS. Please do not place the hot tub on any other setting

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:
- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found in the unit upon arrival

- This 2-story cabin requires steps to enter and stairs are required to access the loft
- The property has ceiling fans but does not offer air conditioning

ADDITIONAL RULES:
- Do not use a pan larger than the burner on the induction cooktop, as it will break the appliance
- This home runs off of a small water heater on a well. Do not have the shower, washer, or dishwasher on at the same time
- Make sure the toilet handle in the upstairs bathroom is in the up position after flushing
- Breaker switches are located behind the refrigerator
- If you would like more privacy in the loft, there are curtains you may hang from the ceiling around the bed

DRIVING SERVICE:
- There is a ride service available called RIDE-Need a Ride; They are available 24 hours per day. Please reach out to 303.564.5858 for additional information or to schedule a ride
- This service is recommended for those arriving late at night or when it is snowing
- For $115 each way they can take you to/from DIA directly to the property. You can also follow the service in your car for a fee
- This service can also take you anywhere including the Echo Mountain Ski Area ($20-25 from the property), Loveland Ski Area, and Red Rocks Amphitheatre
- It is your responsibility to make the ride service arrangements, as well as pay for the service
- Note: The owner is independent from this service
