Peaceful and calm
5/5 The property was perfect for us. There were four of us. My husband and I as well as two kids aged 11 and 12. The property was peaceful and calm, close to town and had everything we needed.

Great view! not clean!
4/5 The property has a beautiful setting on the river! The fact it did not have air conditioning was a factor the first 2 nights of our stay. There was a box fan in the closet but the cord had been cut. We would have prefered the place to be cleaned better

Beautiful views
5/5 Property was as listed and had an amazing view of the rapids. So relaxing. Walking distance to food and the lake. We watched deer cross the rapids in the evening.

Location, location, location!!!
5/5 This VRBO is located perfectly at the end of the main strip in Grand Lake! You could walk to anywhere you needed to go downtown. It is nestled right along the river. They had plenty of comfortable seating for you to sit out and enjoy your coffee whether morning and/or night. Even though it was so close to town and positioned between two restaurants you still were able to experience peace and quiet and not too much noice from all the hustle and bustle. The inside had all the basic necessities that one would need for their stay. I would highly recommend if you are ever in the area to choose this VRBO.

Lovely Riverfront Condo in Grand Lake
5/5 This condo was perfect for us. It was just the right size for the four of us. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals, and we loved just sitting by the river taking in the sights and sounds. The walk into town is a very short distance. The condo was clean and quiet. Truly the perfect get away. I highly recommend this "Riverfront Gem".
