4/5 Had everything we need but one thing a broom. We like to sweep and clean because are kids have bad allergies. Great memories!! Sweet details on adding Christmas lights and tree. We had a wonderfully time.

5/5 This was one of the nicest vacation homes we have ever stayed in. Very cozy and clean. It had everything we needed for cooking! Grand Lake was a very laid back beautiful town. We enjoyed traveling into Rocky Mt to see views and wild life!
