A Perfect Stay at 220 Hancock
5/5 We've been visiting Grand Lake for the past 15 years, and out of all the places we've stayed, the entire family agrees—220 Hancock was by far the best. The location couldn't have been more ideal for us, offering both convenience and charm. The house itself was incredibly comfortable, with spacious, well-appointed bathrooms and a kitchen stocked with everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home.
A special highlight? Our 2-year-old grandson was absolutely delighted by the bunk bed and had endless fun going up and down the stairs. Watching him enjoy the space so much made our stay even more memorable.
We’d return in a heartbeat.

Cousins get together
5/5 The place was great for what we needed! A total of 13 in our group, so we split ppl between 2 houses. Very quaint place & close to downtown. We did lots of walking and hiking, & spent o day at the hot springs.
Very enjoyable trip. This is the 1st time to the mountains in May. Lol we called the weather Bipolar 🤣

5/5 It was above and beyond our expectations! Clean, cozy and everything was absolutely perfect. We will definitely be booking here again in the near future! Thank you SO much for a wonderful experience in your beautiful home! It was so convenient to be able to walk to main street every day for shopping, dinner and entertainment. I would rate more than 5 stars if there was an option to!
