2/5 Wanting you to replace anything you use is ridiculous. That is the cost of business. We had no parking permit and we contacted the person who we were give we never heard back. Thankfuly we were not towed. There was no security bar for the sliding doors. Beds were pretty unconfortable. The unit was clean enough and we were gone most of the time.

We want to reassure you and future guests that we never ask guests to replace any items during or after their stay. Restocking and maintenance are always handled by us. Parking passes are provided through the HOA, and while there is only one per unit, guests will not be towed without one. A replacement security bar will be added for guest use, and we’ll review your comments on the beds to ensure a great night’s rest. We value your input as we work to provide an even better experience for all guests.”

5/5 Great condo in Grand Lake. The place was very clean, comfortable and very well equipped with everything you need. Great location to town. You can walk to all the stores and restaurants. Would highly recommend.
