Great location in Grand Lake
5/5 The property was in a great location in Grand Lake and is accessible to about anywhere you want to go. The property itself is in good condition with exception of a few updates. The track on the master bathroom of the bath needs replacing and the one in the main hallway closet. Everything was clean, the bed was super comfortable. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely book this property again.

5/5 The WiFi should be updated on the website, the correct one was in the guest book; luckily Christy got back to us quickly on that. Investing in new pillows and some box fans for the bedrooms to, We brought one, it was warm on our stay; mid 80 degrees in the day. Other than that, great!

Great stay at cozy condo
5/5 My family stayed here for 4 days while visiting RMNT. It was conveniently located, cozy and a good experience. The kitchen is roomy and many necessities provided.
Only issues- #1 the view leaves much to be desired (overlooks a work space/dumpsters) but I knew that going in based on the photos. #2 the cleaners could have done a better job; we found some trash and popcorn kernels on the floors and they left some laundry in the washer and dryer. (Prop manager was super quick to respond and friendly when we reached out about this)
Overall a great experience and would definitely stay again!
