4/5 Place is as advertised. Would get 5 stars but the master bed Squeaks every time you move on it. Other than that, great location, lots in walking distance.

Great location and beautiful spot, would recommend
5/5 Great size for a stay for 2-4 ppl! Small walk to the marina and heart of things in Grand Lake, lovely river spot out back, and pretty comfy beds.Two small things - we had to call the manager (who was very responsive) bc the main lights didn't seem to be working. Turns out there is a certain specific way the switches have to be to turn on. Keep trying! The other thing was that by our check in morning, the trash bin outside was very full and it was hard to get our trash in there.
