4/5 This property is in a perfect location! Quiet, beautiful creek in the backyard. Walking distance to everything. However, the bed is in desperate need of mattress replacement. The cleanliness was mediocre. I tried emailing the host but never received a reaponse.

Mother/Daighter Trip
5/5 While the layout is a bit odd, the property is well-appointed and spacious. The condo was clean and situated along the banks of the rapids, just as advertised. The property manager was prompt in their response to our request for help. We would definitely stay at this property again.

5/5 Great condo. Right on the river. Walking distance to the marina, shops and restaurants. Dinner at the Grand Lake Lodge was fantastic. LOVE Grand Lake. A must-see destination.

Quaint & Comfy
5/5 We loved our stay! The rushing water behind the condo was our favorite feature. You can hear the water from the unit, so we enjoyed relaxing in the living room with the door open to listen in the evening. Plenty of room for a family of six. The small town of Grand Lake was adorable with excellent views & amazing hiking options. Thank you for a wonderful visit.
