4/5 Clean, comfortable, big backyard, had all the necessities you would need for - kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, beach, puzzles even and best of all quiet - only heard a few coquis each night

5/5 20 out of 10.The host is so generous and classy. We could feel it ( premium products quality , deviresity of supplies...etc)Nothing missed, he covered everything possible.Thanks alot , we have enjoyed our stay with kids.

Grand Lake
5/5 Really nice place out of town, not on the lake. Had deer come around tge house and watched them. Ping was fun.

Excellent Stay
4/5 This house is beautiful, plenty of room, had everything we needed. We had an issue with the check in code but a two minute phone call solved it. The owners were super helpful and nice about it. The only issue we had, and it's really not a big one, was having to strip sheets and take the trash to a localized drop off. I really felt like that should have been included in the cleaning fee. Not a big deal, but worth mentioning. Perfect location if you are going into the west side of RMNP, very quite, friendly neighborhood. Would highly recommend.
