5/5 Our daughter wanted to see snow in Colorado for Christmas. She absolutely got her wish . This was a perfect location for experiencing snow and being close to townfor activities. Definitely would stay here again.

Great location for RMNP
4/5 This would have been 5 stars, except that the water quality was very bad. It frankly tastes like dirt and when we filled the tub for our daughter, it was heavily tinted brown. If we had known that going in we would have brought some extra bottled drinking water. Other than that, it was an excellent experience and would stay here again (with several gallons of drinking water in tow).
