Great location for RMNP
4/5 This would have been 5 stars, except that the water quality was very bad. It frankly tastes like dirt and when we filled the tub for our daughter, it was heavily tinted brown. If we had known that going in we would have brought some extra bottled drinking water. Other than that, it was an excellent experience and would stay here again (with several gallons of drinking water in tow).

Perfect location!
5/5 Cabin was great! Only thing others might want to know is that bedroom and bathroom #3 are not connected like the other two are. If you have 3 couples might be a small bother but for our two couples couldn’t have been better! Super close to RMNP and cute little town of Grand Lake. Be sure to make timed entry reservations to RMNP. This was perfect time to see leaves beginning to change and to see and hear some real elk action at the park! Thinking of making this an annual trip!
