5/5 We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was clean and organized. The location was exceptional. We were very impressed with how fully stocked the kitchen was and how many other things were in the home to use. There were so many extras. We will definitely stay here again if/when we visit Grand Lake.Thank you to the host for offering such a wonderful place!

Very nice
5/5 This was the 6th GL winter rental we've stayed at over the past several years and was by far the best. Though on the higher end for nightly rate, you do get what you pay for. The space is comfortable and laid out well for a family of 4 plus 2-3 guests, and our senior pup loved it, especially with no stairs and easy access to the front yard. We always appreciate informative notes for things like the remote control and light switches, plus very nice bedding and amazing showers! Our only disappointment was that we had to clean as we went with kitchen items - we discovered this was probably related to a finnicky dishwasher. Regardless, you can't beat the location (a quiet street yet steps to town and lakefront) and we would not hesitate to look into staying again.

5/5 Excellent condition. Well-supplied kitchen and bedrooms. Lovely, comfortable furniture to relax on. It was conveniently located near downtown, the lake, and offered easy parking. Also a one car garage. Enjoyed our stay very much.

4/5 Kitchen was well stocked and location was perfect! Not as clean as we thought it would be and it smelled like dogs. Too many cloth items (pillows, throw blankets, rugs) that clearly hadn’t been washed in awhile. Overall, though, a good place to stay.
