Smell
4/5 The only thing is there would occasionally a very strong sewage smell. It seemed to be coming from the air vents.

5/5 House was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Elevated above town with a nice view, but not a long crazy drive to get to places either. Amazing views from back patio. Would absolutely stay here again.
