5/5 Our family was coming to Grand Junction for the NJCAA World Series and we had a variety of needs! This house had two master bedrooms, plus two bedrooms and a living area upstairs! The 3 1/2 baths were the selling point! Fabulous house, amazing views, and a great location!

Beautiful property, Poorly maintained
1/5 The Broadway House is a beautiful property. However, it is sad to see it so properly maintained, there were spiders and spider webs everywhere and a couple days into my reservation I discovered giant cockroaches in the kitchen area. Hosts were immediately emailed with a picture of one and I received no response.
