First fairway
4/5 I booked the unit for our adult children as we live on the old tenth tee box of the same golf course. It was very convenient and only a short walk away from our house for them. If you want to golf, hike, bike and have unparalleled views of the Colorado National Monument this is a great choice.

Great Stay!
5/5 My Wife and our dear friends stayed at this property while attending a Ringo Starr concert in Grand Junction. We really enjoyed the property and its wonderful location. The property backs up to a nice golf course and looks out at the nearby Colorado National Memorial rock cliffs. The view is amazing from both the lower patio and the upper patio. The owner was very easy to contact and he was proactive in his approach to making sure our visit was comfortable. The property was very clean and well stocked. We will stay here again when in the area.
