Location was ok, though some loud car noises during the night from nearby busy road. Host was helpful when normal keyless entry was out of order. Alternative lockbox and key worked great! Kitchen was well-appointed and the place was cute. My only complaints besides the car noise was that the beds were uncomfortable, and there was no mattress pad or pillow covers for all pillows.

Cute little funky bungalo. It was our first time in grand junction. We wantes to bike the wineries, hike and mountian bike. This location was close to the wineries. And about 30 min from the other activities we did. The bbq was nice to have since we like hanging out and making our own food and the gas firepit was also nice to have on the chilly nights.

This was a cozy little bungalow in a very convenient location! Enjoyed my stay at this cute, well-appointed spot. Communication with the property manager was great from before I arrived through the end of my stay. I would stay here again.

This was a beautiful house in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay very much, but I have never been to a state with so many rocks. I would recommend this property to everyone looking for a nice and quiet relaxing trip. ThanksJoe

It was a little hard to find. I also would have liked a heads up that the main TV was not in working order.
