4/5 We were not able to check in even after confirmation of our booking. After waiting in line for a while, the front desk didn't have the reservation listed in their system and sent us away at 6:30 pm telling us to call Evolve. We called and they told us that the reservation was still stuck pending in the air and they had to still confirm that cleaning services were completed. Hmm at 6:30-7 pm!! We waited on line again and finally received the key to the studio suite.
