Adequate for our purposes
3/5 It's a decent place in town with good views and near enough to good fishing spots. Overall seemed clean. We were a bit disappointed about the lack of the Blackstone that was initially featured in the Vrbo listing, kitchen could use some more implements for breakfast cooking and utensils. Half of the beds and couch area were pretty comfortable, other half were so/so. Not having access to the fire pit was a bummer.

Nice place
4/5 This house was just what we wanted with enough space to get together, as well as privacy in the rooms.
The only issue was I had to call for more toilet paper on the first day. This seemed to me mentioned in the guest book on property a few other times as well.

Overall stay was great!
4/5 Our overall stay was great! We have been going to Grand Lake for over 30 years. It is a great location and had enough room for all the family! I was disappointed that the pictures show a Blackstone, Green Egg and additional freezer but was not there at the house for us to use. Would suggest updating photos to reflect the items that are there for the guest to use. Another recommendation is change cleaning companies. There was a thick layer of dust in the living room on the roof top above the half bath as well as on the ceiling fan and ceiling. We found previous guest trash under and in furniture. If those few items could be improved, I would highly recommend this property!

Great location
4/5 Photos were accurate. Very much appreciated early check in for surprise bday party. Loved the Blackstone grill! Beds were ok, bunk beds would be better for kids than adults.
Some cleanliness issues: was supposed to be pet free, but there was dog poo on the deck. Fridge shelves not cleaned well, crumbs on counters when we arrived. Dusty blinds.
Bathrooms and bedrooms were pretty clean otherwise. Comfy couch and chairs, big dining table helpful.
Comfortable benches on the deck.
Balcony backs to busy road but we enjoyed it. Lots of fishing 5-10 minutes away.
Probably need better beds for so many adults.

Very nice home
4/5 House was in a nice location near the lake. Beautiful home. Had lots of stairs which made it a little more complicated for my 86 year old father as we were told there was a room on main level and there are 2 rooms up and 2 down off main living room area. House was very nice and well stocked. Only thing we would recommend is getting better toilet paper and dusting better. Would recommend staying at this house and we would stay again if back in the area!
