This condo was dirty. They did not stock soap, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags or toiletries. We made contact with the manger and basically got ghosted by her. We finally received the supplies on our third night. What a joke. The tv stopped working, one of the railing boards fell off and there was piles of dust on the ceiling. The building was old and has not been updated. We spent very little time in the condo.I would avoid this place altogether and look else where next time. There are a lot of nice places in the area. Some are even owned by the same company.

-We apologize for the oversight in stocking essential supplies and understand how frustrating that must have been. We offered to reimburse you for any supplies you purchased, but didn’t hear back from you after that offer.
-A service technician was called to address the television and found it to be in working order.
-We reviewed photos taken by the cleaning team before your arrival and confirmed that the unit was cleaned to the usual standards. However, they will ensure that the property is thoroughly inspected moving forward to prevent any lapses in cleanliness.

The entire property itself is extremely outdated. This room we stayed in was nice and met our expectations but the property and overall experience was not what we expected. The place is outdated, not kept clean, and looks like it hasnt been updated since the 70s. Alot of dogs on the property so you will deal with dogs barking. Saw dogs running loose through the halls on multiple occasions. The location to the national park was excellent and we were baciscally only at the property to sleep and then were back out on another adventure so was exactly what we wanted for location. If you are just looking for a clean place to crash at night this is for you. The no air conditioning wasnt as bad as we had expected with cool temps at night.

Hi,We stayed at the Inn at SilverCreek Aug.1-4 and I am writing this essayed to give you feedback as your customer. Upon arrival, we noticed the following:1) toilet seat so loose, it felt like it would fall off2) broken/non-functional can opener3) no sheets for pullout couch (looked in cupboard with extra linens) 4) sketchy, broken, non functional bolt lock on door to balconyIn the first two hours following arrival, neighboring guests were constantly smoking pot. This continued throughout the ENTIRE stay despite my talking with the front desk staff twice. It was at this time that we also letthem know that the exterior door nearest our unit did not fully close allowing anybody to access the building despite it being a keyboard entry door. We had also looked forward to using the pool and hottub, but they were both filthy and in disrepair. To add to the sketchy environment, there were several people smoking at the pool despite signage indicating that it was not allowed . We told the front desk and eventually someone walked there, but of course the person was no longer smoking by then. When leaving the pool area, the men were smoking again. The photos of the complex and pool areas are extremely outdated and are complete false advertising. My children were afraid because of the transient long-term residents that seem to have taken o er the complex and a management that has given up caring.
