Very nice home!!
5/5 Excellent location, beautiful, well stocked home, there was several small items that you never notice you need until you need them that were already there!! We just brought our food and thats all that was needed! Communication with the owner was FANTASTIC, he emailed me instructions right away, they were clear and very helpful! Another nice touch was the "custom" door entry code, extremely easy to remember!! This was without a my BEST experience with rentals, and we travel for work and use this service a TON!!
I wish I could rate our experience higher, it was that good!!

Great Townhome
4/5 We had a lovely stay, and the condo was amazing. The kitchen was the most well kept and stocked that we have experienced. Location is very convenient. The only issue we had was the noise from the construction traffic. Owners were very gracious when we inquired about the issue. I would highly recommend staying here!
Great time at Grand Elk!
5/5 This property looked brand new! It was clean, the decor was simplistic but beautiful! The house at all the things a family needs for cooking meals. There was even a Pack and Play for the 20 month old and a high chair! I can’t say enough good things! Seven adults and a baby stayed and we had plenty of room! It’s very near a grocery store and Granby Ranch ski resort is basically across the street. I highly recommend this property!

Great house at a good price!
5/5 Plenty of space for our group of 10 (3 families with 4 teen kids) for a long Winter Park ski weekend. Easy drive to the mountain, and very convenient to local restaurants and basic amenities. This townhouse house very comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen too. Rental process was smooth, with great communication with the property manager.
