5/5 4/5 We enjoyed the property and condo accomedations. A few minor items like toilet paper and kitchen bags that were not supplied but would orherwise recommend this property to anyone looking for a great family stay.

Fine stay
4/5 This is nice, well laid-out unit. Plenty of room for our party of six. Parking for more than one car is very inconvenient, and we did not like the daily fee for using the pool and workout room, but they were lovely facilities.

"Thank you Matthew for your feedback. The "one car" limit per unit can be an issue for some guests as there is just a finite amount of heated garage space available for the complex. However, HOA did secure extra free parking (no limit to the additional number of cars) down at the Inn at Silver Creek.
As for the daily fee for access to the pool, hot tub, exercise facility etc, this is something that we unfortunately can't control as it's managed by the HOA. The facilities are top notch and to keep them in good condition, the HOA has decided to charge guests for their use. We have disclosed the fact that they are available "for a fee" in the unit description.
Otherwise I hoped you enjoyed your stay and our unit at Base Camp. Please come again!"4/5 We loved the condo, it was very spacious and comfortable. The only reason we didn't give a 5-star overall rating was because the sheets in the master wouldn't stay on the bed.

We contract with a linen cleaning/supply company to ensure the sheets are in perfect condition. I've brought this to their attention to make sure it's not an issue going forward. Restful stay for our family of 8
5/5 Stayed two days between visiting Utah’s national parks and meeting more family for a week in Estes Park. It was quiet and enjoyable.
