Family vacation
5/5 It was big enough for our family and had a nice mountain theme feel and decor. Its close to all the outdoor activities we wanted but quiet enough to relax at the end of the day!

Great family vacation!
5/5 The house was very nice and had the size we needed. It's close to all the activities we had planned like horseback riding, rafting, fishing, and RMNP. It's quieter than say Estes Park which is what we were looking for.

Snowy Adventure
4/5 Our trip to Granby was a family/friends vacation to enjoy some winter activities and admire the beautiful views. This house provided both; great location, conveniently located to winter fun and situated in a lovely neighborhood with fabulous views! The beds were very comfortable and 3 1/2 baths were a plus!! However, there are some maintenance issues- sink in one bathroom and downstairs shower wouldn’t drain well and one of the carbon monoxide detectors beeped incessantly until property manager came to change out battery. About a hour later, the one in basement did the same so we removed the battery ourselves. The property manager was very nice, but not very easy to get ahold of by text, for some other issues that needed resolved. The thermostat was set on 50 degrees upon our arrival (which is per instruction upon leaving,) but we felt the PM should have made sure it was turned up before our arrival, since it was freezing cold out, along with making sure that some of the amenities promised were actually there at the house. We did enjoy our stay, other than a few hiccups, and look forward to returning to Granby area in the future!
