• Great location, worked for the week but not exactly ad advertised

  We rented the home for a week. Overall it served its purpose having enough rooms and personal space for everyone, but was not exactly as listed. Pros: The kitchen was nice and well equipped, we even had extra laundry detergent, stocked dish detergent, paper towels, salt pepper, etc. Cons: Upon arrival the master bathroom’s curtain was collapsed in the bathtub, the blanket in the master bed was covered in dog hair as was the carpet and the dresser had a decent amount of dust. (Tried to get a picture but it was hard to get a good angle)The curtain rod was held together witch scotch tape, and fell when we tried to open the curtain. The beds were not as advertised. None of them had head or footboards or bedding like shown in the pictures, the downstairs couches and pillows smelled like dog. The comforters were not clean on arrival. There was a chess table, but half the pieces were missing so you couldn’t play. The pool table doesn’t leave much room to play.The grass was very overgrown and not well kept. The chairs on the back desk were cheap plastic ones, one of which was broken on arrival. It could be a really nice property, but definitely needs some work.

  - We're glad the home had enough space for your group and that you appreciated the well-stocked kitchen.
  - We rely on guest feedback to quickly address missing or broken items during a stay, and appreciate you calling those out, so they can be resolved right away.
  - The beds and frames have recently been upgraded, and bedding is continuously refreshed due to regular guest use.
  - We’ve spoken directly with the cleaning company about the dog hair and dust, as this doesn’t meet our standards, especially in a pet-friendly home.
  - The grass is part of the home’s natural setting, but we do make sure that areas around the hot tub and fire pit are trimmed regularly. Although it was mowed at the end of May, we’re having it cut again following your comments.

• Nice weekend getaway

  We really enjoyed our weekend getaway. The best part was the owner, he communicated well and check in was the easiest we’ve had. The location is beautiful and the house is plenty big for 6-8 people.

  The mattresses were extremely comfortable and all of the furniture was in good condition. We didn’t sit in the hot tub but it looked really nice!

  Our old roomate got married that weekend in Gramby. The location was great and close to everything we needed, the house was very roomy and had everything we needed for the weekend. Thank You!

• Great Place for a Granby Ranch Wedding Weekend

  This was a great place to stay during our wedding weekend at Granby Ranch. We picked this place because it was pet friendly and had a lot of sleeping spaces for a great price. Everything was great, and we had no problems. The hot tub was lovely at night, and there were a couple bundles of firewood left by the fire pit for us to use. The pool table was also a nice touch for the grooms party to use while getting ready, and the equipment was all in good shape. There were plenty of parking spaces in the garage and the driveway for all of our guests, and there was plenty of seating space inside and outside the house. The master bedroom upstairs had plenty of room for the newlyweds to spread out and the master bathroom was also very spacious. Last but not least, the view over Granby Ranch was fantastic day and night!
