Lots of comfy space for your group
5/5 We had an 8 family members in the house, gathering for a wedding weekend in Granby the first week of October. I chose the house because of the 3 bedrooms with king beds for the couples and the 3 and 1/2 baths to get ready for the events and the 4 parking spaces since we were all coming at different times and had cars. There was lots of space in the open format kitchen, dining, and comfy family room for all of us at one time. The house was stocked very well with everything you need from baths to cooking. We hit close to peak fall foliage season and being close to the top of the mountain, the view from the back deck and firepit area was nice. Overall it was a nice 5 day stay and I would recommend the house.

Perfect family gathering place for our daughter’s wedding
5/5 Our daughter got married at Granby Ranch this past weekend. This home was just a few minutes drive from the ski lodge, with the added benefit of a beautiful view and a large deck and common area to hang out in. I’d highly recommend this house!

Wonderful place to stay
5/5 We so enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The house was set up perfect for our 10 guests. The kitchen fridge and pantry were stocked with necessities that we didn’t expect. The location was perfect for our family reunion which occurred 4 houses down the street. We did contact the owner once about the air conditioner, which we should have known was non-existent. He was available and was able to address our concerns. I would highly recommend this rental to any large family or group.
