Great stay
5/5 My son and I enjoyed our stay while attending concerts at Red Rocks. Great location for both downtown Golden and Red Rocks. Comfortable living space with lots of natural light and views, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, nice shower and great deck seating (also with view). Also appreciated Dean's hospitality.

Great location, great experience
5/5 We had an excellent experience at this vacation rental! The property was spotless and very well-maintained, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The host was exceptionally attentive and quick to respond to any questions. The location was fantastic—convenient to everything we wanted to see and do, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

Great little place close to CSM
5/5 We were in town for parents weekend at CSM and enjoyed staying at the cottage. It was clean, bright, and well appointed. The location was perfect for us and accommodated our family beautifully. We will definitely be back!

Love this place!
5/5 The owner has built a beautiful little apartment above his garage with big windows looking out at the mountains. We have stayed there twice. It’s very clean and the kitchen is so conveniently usable.

Comfortable, clean and relaxing home base in Golden
5/5 We had a great time at the cottage. It was perfect for my wife and I and our son. The place was spotlessly clean and well stocked with extra towels, bedding and kitchen basics. It’s in a safe location and allows easy access to downtown Golden or many nearby trails for hiking and biking. We’ll be back!
