5/5 Susan is an excellent communicator! We knew exactly what to expect and look forward to for our visit.
The home is well cleaned and well stocked. The beds were comfortable. Susan even went out of her way to provide 100% cotton sheets for our comfort.
The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The home is tucked in right next to North Table Mountain yet only a 1/2 mile to downtown Golden where we were able to eat, drink, shop, rent ebikes and tube Clear Creek!
We look forward to coming back again!

Cozy and Convenient
5/5 My son and I stayed for a week and absolutely loved it. This lovely cottage feels like staying with family - we had absolutely everything we needed and then some. The beds are so comfy, the kitchen is well stocked, and there are even snacks and coffee/tea! The location is awesome - it's super easy to trot into downtown on the trails but also easy access to highways. The host is very communicative, friendly, and accommodating. We definitely plan to stay again!!
