Great host
3/5 Max was a pleasure to work with. We actually met him at the house when we arrived. He was doing yard work.The swamp cooler worked well to cool the place off.Our only concern was car traffic noise outside. The house sits on a triangular piece of land with roads on two sides. We were able to drown that out a bit with a fan.

The perfect little spot!
5/5 This little apartment was great for our stay in Golden! While we didn’t spend much time there aside from sleeping, it had everything we needed while we were there and was comfortable for 2 people. The location was perfect for us! A very short walk to the shops and restaurants downtown and an easy drive to Red Rocks Amp for the concert we were going to!

Perfect little spot in town!
5/5 We absolutely loved it! We didn’t even need a rental car. Literally a block from everything. We walked everywhere as it was so close. It’s the perfect location. The perfect little unit and clean. Had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay there again. You would love it!
