    The apartment was very clean and well stocked. The location is very convenient. There is a grocery store (Safeway) nearby. Would stay again and I recommend this apartment to others.

    Extremely clean and supplied well. Great location to walk everywhere. Stairs to apartment very steep but it is an old house. Owner very responsive and communicated well. Would suggest better bath towels (pretty but not absorbent) and better sheets. Overall a great stay!

  • Misrepresented

    Booked this stat and when we got there it jad no private door to the unit. The downstairs unit could literally walk into your unit. No privacy, we ended up leaving and was unable to get ahold of anybody. There was no way i could sleep somewhere when anyone could have access to our place of stay.

    Hi Rachel, we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we’re sorry to hear that you felt uncomfortable during your visit. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:

    - We sent a welcome text on your check-in day to offer assistance, but did not receive any response back through text, phone, or email.
    - The door you mentioned is secured with a keyed deadbolt on both sides, and only us has access to the keys, making it function as a sealed wall between units.
    - This security detail is included in the welcome book, and to avoid any future confusion, we’ve now added a sticker to the door for extra clarification.

    Thanks for bringing these issues to our attention so we can work to improve the guest experience moving forward.
