PROPERTY ADDRESS:
 - 503 Main St, Unit 203, Frisco, CO 80443
- This property is located in Commerce Exchange 
- Getting to the Condo from Denver International Airport (DIA):
- Take I-70 West for about 1.5 hours
- Take Exit 203 for Frisco (also marked CO Hwy 9 to Breckenridge)
- At the roundabout, go counterclockwise to head south on Hwy 9

Optional Shuttle from DIA:
- Drops off at the Frisco Transit Center (by Walmart)
- For an additional fee, ask to be dropped off at 6th & Main, directly in front of the condo
- Note: Frisco is easier to navigate with a car, so consider that before relying solely on the shuttle

Final Directions to the Condo:
- Continue south on Hwy 9
- Turn right on Main Street
- Go 2 blocks and turn right on 6th Ave (you’ll see the Snowshoe Motel on the corner)
- Take the first left into the alley behind the Snowshoe Motel
- The first driveway on the left after the motel is the parking lot for our building
- Pull in, and then you’ll see 6 numbered units. This property is Unit #203, the first unit in the second building

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The Guest Contact will send the access code on the morning of check in
- To lock, just push the lock icon at the bottom right of the digital panel
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash. Trash should be placed in the green garbage hut located at the corner of the parking lot, immediately on the right as you enter. To open it, use the clicker labeled 'garbage' found at the front door. Then point it at the hut, or enter the code 0503 followed by 'enter' on the keypad at the hut
- Set the thermostat to 68 degrees in the winter months
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Leave all slept-in beds unmade
- Place all used towels in the hallway
- Sign out of any apps you may have signed into on the TVs
- Make sure the garage door is shut
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- The property does not offer air conditioning, as it isn't needed; there are ceiling fans in all rooms, and additional floor fans
- Feel free to open the windows at night for cool air

PARKING:
- 1 vehicle can be parked in the garage. The garage clearance is 7'. The garage is located directly across from Unit 203 in the parking lot. There are 2 garage buildings, each with 3 garage doors. The correct garage is in the building on the left side when facing it from the unit. It is the garage door on the far right of that building. The garage door opener is located inside the unit
- Overnight RVs are not allowed
- Parking is prohibited in any spots by the unit doors in the covered overhand area. These spaces belong to the businesses, and you will be towed
- If you need to bring 1 additional vehicle, here are your options:

EXTRA PARKING (SUMMER):
- Free gravel spots are available behind and alongside the garages. You can use any that are open
- Street parking is also free, but cars must be moved between 2:00 AM and 6:00 AM
- You may use any open spots in the driveway BETWEEN the garage and condo buildings, but do not park in spaces marked 'Owner Only' or 'Restricted'

EXTRA PARKING (WINTER):
- Due to snow buildup, the gravel spots behind the garages are not available
- You may use any open spots in the driveway between the condo and garage buildings, as well as street parking during the day. Please note that street parking is not allowed between 2:00 AM and 6:00 AM, so cars must be moved overnight
- Otherwise, the closest free overnight parking is available on Granite Street and 3rd Avenue
