  Pool and hot tubs were great. Nice clean condo with easy access to everything around town and very close to Copper Mtn, Breck, and Loveland.

  Every aspect of the experience was outstanding except for a few minor exceptions. The Evolve customer service representatives did not seem to understand that the address listing was incorrect. It was only after the local contact intervened that it was corrected. Excellent location close to town, however, the bus stop was a little far away. On the plus side, it was walking distance to the Nordic Center carrying our skis. The kitchen had everything except we couldn’t find any lids for the food containers and there was no pizza cutter. (Gotta have a pizza cutter)

• Rough Around the Edges

  Nice enough place, but very rough around the edges. Even if it was thoroughly renovated, the experience would still be pretty bad. To elaborate:1. There were no extra trash bags or toilet paper. Called the manager and asked for more and was told more would be delivered. 48 hours later (yes, two full days) someone showed up and brought more trash bags and…paper towels, but no toilet paper. By that point we had already bought our own trash bags and toilet paper, so we just used what we bought.2. One of the skillets was dirty and had a large piece of food in it. They clearly don’t check to see if the pans were cleaned by the previous occupant.3. Pillows in the master bedroom were the worst I’ve ever used - flat and provided no support. Apparently they bought the cheapest pillows they could find. Again, we went to Walmart and bought our own. 4. Also, regarding the master bed, the fitted sheets didn’t fit correctly, so they came off every night. I wound up sleeping directly on the mattress some nights because the sheets kept coming off.5. All closets were locked, so there was almost no storage space or anywhere to hang clothes.The only reason I’m giving this place two stars is because the complex and location were both pretty solid. We’ve stayed in other units in this same complex and had a great experience (those condos weren’t available these dates), but definitely not with this one. I recommend staying elsewhere.

  - The listing does state that our place does need renovating, as noted in our unit description, but we are sorry if this caught you off guard. We encourage guests to thoroughly review the listing before booking, to ensure they find the perfect vacation home for their needs.
  - We have begun working with a new cleaning company to ensure that future guests do not share your experience. We do use this new cleaning service to have the home professionally cleaned before each guest's arrival.
  - We wish you had reached out to the Guest Contact during your stay if there were any issues you needed to be addressed. We would have done everything we could to resolve them immediately so that you could enjoy the home.
  - As is standard for vacation rentals, the homeowner provides a starter supply of paper essentials and supplies for guests’ convenience. Guests may have to purchase their additional supplies, especially for longer stays or larger groups.
  - The pillows we have in the home are brand new. We are sorry to hear the linens did not meet your expectations, however, we can assure you that the sheets do not ever slide off the bed. To clarify, the two owner's closets were locked during your stay.
  - The master bedroom also has a large armoire with hangers and shelves for guests' clothing. There is also a large, 6-drawer dresser that is completely available for the use of our guests. In addition, there is also a full-size, empty closet in the second bedroom where clothes can also be hung.
  - While we do regret our home was not up to your expectations, we are happy to share that no issues were reported by the guests who stayed the following weekend. We have worked very hard to provide a clean and comfortable place for guests to enjoy and will continue to do all we can to provide the best possible stay for our guests!
