- The condo is located in The Village Point Townhomes
- Directions: Take I-70 West to Copper Mountain/Leadville Exit 195/CO-91S, follow signs for Copper
- Turn right by the big Copper sign onto Copper Rd. Take a left onto Golf Course Road & immediate right onto Wheeler Circle
- Entrance to Village Point: Straight ahead you will see a sign for Village Point (a large red stone) and a narrow driveway. If you need a reference point, if you’re facing Copper Station and you see tall clock tower, complex and entrance is to the left
- If you see the Village Point sign, stay to the right of the sign & take the driveway around until you see parking spot 116

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 3838
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the condo by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Leave all slept-in beds unmade
- Turn all 3 thermostats down to 55 degrees Fahrenheit
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the condo is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- Pet friendly with fee. If you're planning on bringing pets but have not yet paid the pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately
- Pets must always be on a leash when in common areas of the condominium complex, including the parking lot and lawn
- No dogs under 6 months old
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

- 1 vehicle can be parked in the covered, reserved parking spot immediately outside the front door
- There is 1 parking pass available, which will be left on the hooks just inside the front door. The parking pass must be displayed on the windshield of your vehicle. THE BUILDING MAY TOW YOUR CAR IF THE PARKING PASS IS NOT DISPLAYED. FAILURE TO RETURN THE PARKING PASS WILL RESULT IN A FINE OF $100
