PROPERTY ADDRESS:

- The address may not populate correctly when using Google Maps; please use the provided coordinates when navigating to the property: 39°56'49.0"N 105°48'03.3"W
- From County Road 840 at the first stop sign, make a right and immediately go into the parking area
- The entrance to the condo is around the back from the parking lot
- The property is located in the MeadowRidge Resort

- From Highway 40, turn onto County Road 804. This will be a right turn if you are coming from Winter Park, a left turn if you are coming from Granby
- Follow the road up the hill and straight through the 3-way stop at the top of the hill (you don’t have a stop sign). On your right, you will pass a large meadow and then the Meadow Ridge Clubhouse (tennis courts, etc.)
- At the stop sign, make a right onto Meadow Mile and then an immediate left into a parking lot
- Once in the parking lot you will see 3 buildings, Court 28 is on the right
- The unit is in Court 28, and the entry doors are on the backside of the building
- You can park anywhere in the parking lot, just don’t block the dumpsters or walkways. If this parking lot is full, you can also park in the upper lot to the right as you face the building, in front of Court 29

- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- Early check-ins/late check-outs cannot be confirmed or denied until 24 hours prior to check-in
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Return access card to the condo
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Pull linens to the foot of all used beds
- Place all used towels in a pile 
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it
