Wonderful mountain condo
5/5 Very nice Winterpark neighborhood. The condo was in a great location to the Winterpark/Fraser/Grand Lake area. It was very nicely decorated, super comfortable, and the owners thought of everything to make our stay perfect. We loved watching the humming birds feed at the feeder near the upper deck. Loved the hot tube, but the chlorine was a little strong. There was a trail right behind the condo that was active with hikers and bikers throughout the day. This was a great base for visiting so much to do within a 30 min drive and even the West entrance to Rocky Mountain NP. Our contact person was easy to deal with and the instructions given for check in and check out were very thorough. Would highly recommend for any time of year visiting the Winterpark area.

Great property in great location
5/5 This condo was perfect for our 2-night stay in Winter Park. The listing and description were spot on and the check-in process was smooth - the owner contacted us the morning of our stay to ensure we knew where to contact them if we encountered any challenges, and the Evolve team maintained regular communication up to the time of our stay. Snacks and other non-perishable food items were also available to us as needed, and the hot tub was perfect at the end of the day. Winter Park, Fraser, and grocery shopping were all nearby and easily accessible.

5/5 Loved the property! Quiet, clean, kid friendly, nicely decorated. It had everything we needed to be comfortable and more. We loved the private hot tub and fire pit.
