This property hadnt been cleaned well prior to our arrival. The kitchen counters were sticky, pee splatter on the tile floor around the toilet in the bathroom, popcorn and trash under the chair cushion in the living room, and past tennants clothes hanging on back side of the bedroom door. Despite having hot water radiant heat in the apartment, the air was very dry and led to bloody noses. An evaporative humidifier that renters can fill up would solve that issue. We got temporarily locked out when the electronic deadbolt started to run out of battery. There was an onsite lock box, but we werent given the code as part of the check in. Electronic deadbolts are handy, but the lock box code should be given to renters as standard practice because electronics can and do fail. The community amenities were nice, however, the laundry machines were having some issues and if you are paying by card, the process can be difficult to figure out if you haven't used that specific provider before. Not to mention that the provider makes you load the app in 5 increments instead of just billing the card added to the app as necessary or letting you load the exact amount needed. You then have to call to get a refund for any unused funds.

Short trip for some skiing at Winter Park. Super easy to get to the slopes. Just walk out the door and jump on the yellow line bus. Comes by every 30 min and it’s only 15 minute ride to winter park village.
Apartment had every thing you needed.
We took a small fan for back ground noise and air circulation.
Nice place. Would stay here again.

My wife and I plus my two girls stayed at this condo during Labor Day weekend. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean.
Property was okay, a little worn and dated. Listing should be updated to reflect the current property conditions.

We had a great trip and stay in Fraser at this condo in Meadow Ridge. We didn’t have any problems with the condo and was right on the local bus line for quick drop off at winter park!
