5/5 Very comfortable. Great Kitchen. Nice Hot tube...useful garage...easy accesss...very nice washer and dryer....coffee maker was not usable...pot was missing...one of our guests provided coffee maker...good value in the WP market...

Great stay in Winter Park
5/5 We have stayed in this neighborhood on a few occasions and love the floor plan and overall area. Close to everything and a perfect house for two families. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend for anyone venturing to this area.

Wonderful house

5/5 What a fantastic house! I was a little skeptical because there weren't a ton of reviews, but boy was I proven wrong. The house is in a fantastic location. Close to everything and the neighborhood has a wonderful family feel to it. Very quiet streets and extremely well kept. We took nightly walks and the scenery was beautiful.
The house itself was immaculate. We have stayed in a lot of vacation rental homes and this one tops the list. First off, the owners have thought of everything! If you need it, they provide it. They even had extras of everything. Most rentals give you a "starter kit" on the basics. Not here. You want paper towels, here's extra rolls. You want more toilet paper, you got it. Hand soap refills, yep. Laundry detergent, a whole pack. Dishwashing tabs, an entire box. I could go on and on!
We cooked and grilled full meals every day and the kitchen was well stocked. We used the hot tub every night and it was perfect. Plenty of entertainment options as well. Shelves of books and games for the whole family.
The weather was great and while the upstairs got a little warm during the day, it quickly cooled off at night. The fans in each room were very helpful.
The train, oh the train. It almost became a game between the family members to see who could guess how many times a day it would pass by and at what time. Yes, it is noisy the first time you hear it, but you quickly get used to it. In the end, it wasn't a big deal and we all had a good laugh about it. As my family would say, just another memory created.
The communication was great from start to finish. The information regarding the rental was all very organized and well documented.
Overall, you can probably tell we loved this house. It was a 10/10 and my family had a wonderful time. Do yourself a favor and stay here! You won't regret it.
