  This was perfect for my family of 5 for our summer trip to Winter Park. We loved being in Fraser and having mountain views from almost everywhere we drove. The condo had everything we needed down to shampoo/conditioner in both showers, paper products, kitchen supplies, some spices for cooking and plenty of towels and blankets. Beds were comfortable and games were available too - including a Wii. We really enjoyed staying here and would recommend to others!

  The condo is very close to grocery store, several places to eating places & activities. I am very happy that my in laws didn’t join us & it was only my husband , 2 sons, & I. The condo is small & it might sleep 6 people but would be hard for 6 people to move around in the kitchen & living room area all together. The kitchen had the bare minimum of what you need & I would not say it’s fully stocked. The refrigerator door opens onto the kitchen table. Both bathrooms with showers had body wash, shampoo,& conditioner. The downstairs king bed was hard & the sheets felt like sand paper. The upstairs loft king bed mattress seem a lot more comfortable. There is a beautiful view of the mountains from the loft windows. My boys enjoy the Wii that was in the living room area. I do not think I would book this condo again.

  We loved staying here! The townhouse has a lot of space to spread out. Close to town and a short drive to Winter Park for skiing!
