With Winter Park Resort just 10 minutes away, you can sleep in later than normal and still get a good spot on the ski lifts. Just hop on the free shuttle that stops near the condo for a stress-free transportation option. Spend the winter skiing, snowboarding, or snow tubing and the summers hiking the many nearby trails.
For more nature views and wildlife sightings, drive 40 minutes to the Rocky Mountain National Park. Keep your eyes peeled for buffalo or the occasional moose sauntering by. If you would rather be on the water, Grand Lake is the same distance away and offers boating, swimming, fishing and more.
On days you aren’t scurrying to get on the mountain and partake in activities galore, take it easy and go for a stroll through town, stopping in at boutiques, coffee shops and restaurants.

Good layout and location
4/5 We had a nice time staying in this unit. It was a good size for the six of us. The beds are pretty comfortable and there is plenty of hot water and water pressure, which is great after skiing in sub-zero temps two days in a row! The proximity to the clubhouse is also awesome, right across the parking lot.

Great place to stay.
5/5 The condo was very clean. The pool and hot tub is right across the parking lot and was very clean as well. One of our guests left some clothes in the closet, the owner mailed them back to them at no charge. I will diffently stay here again!
Worked for what we needed
4/5 The towns of Fraser and Winter Park had plenty of dining options. The condo was clean a served its purposes but the technology was a little dated. The master television was small with a grainy image and the remote was missing batteries. I understand not having air conditioning in the unit but there were only 2 small fans for 3 bedrooms. The mattresses were good and the pillows worked well. We didn’t use much of the club house since we were busy with the national park. Overall it was a nice stop for us.
