5/5 Highly recommend! Great location close to CSU. Quiet, well-stocked and clean. Great yard and hot tub. Our host gave us a call to make sure we had everything we needed but otherwise gave us complete privacy. Appreciated the robes and extra towels for the hot tub. Note—there is one AC unit in the living room. There are plenty of fans but the bedrooms and bathroom didn’t totally cool down — it was hot outside (in the 90s) —cooler at night.

Great stay for family
5/5 House was as described and perfect for a family of 4. One of the bedrooms had a couch that was also a pull out bed that was perfect and better for us than the one in the living room. Great location that is close to everything. Beautiful outdoor space and really enjoyed the fire pit as well as the hot tub. A great place, definitely recommend!

4/5 Perfect location in Ft Collins. Walkable to many spots and a short drive to the rest. The place is small and cozy but it was perfect for 4 adult friends. Host was very accommodating.

5/5 This perfectly located rental is very cute, very comfortable, very clean, has a beautiful outdoor space, and pretty much everything needed for a wonderful stay. Landlord Bill was very attentive and always available to answer questions and provide useful local information.
